DMCA Policy

RAIDZONE Market respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our Users to do the same.

1. Copyright Statement

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws, RAIDZONE Market ("Marketplace") has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of Users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Marketplace and/or terminate the accounts of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Marketplace, you may notify our Designated Copyright Agent. Please be aware that under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorney's fees.

3. Required Notice Information

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on the Marketplace was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

RAIDZONE Market maintains a strict policy for handling repeat infringers. A User account that accumulates multiple DMCA strikes will be permanently suspended, and all pending Seller payouts will be subject to a legal hold while the infringements are investigated.

6. Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a good-faith effort to contact the User who posted the material so they may make a counter-notification.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the User from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.

7. Good-Faith Requirement

Both DMCA notices and counter-notifications must be submitted in good faith. False or abusive submissions are legally actionable and will result in the immediate termination of any associated Marketplace accounts.
