Seller Tiers & Verification

To maintain the highest level of marketplace integrity, RAIDZONE Market categorizes sellers based on verification, order completion rates, speed, and volume. Here is how we define our seller tiers.

RaidZone Levels

Every seller has a RaidZone level — New Raider, Trader, Veteran, Elite, or Legend — instead of a raw trust number. A level is computed from real marketplace behavior: order completion, delivery speed, review quality, and dispute outcomes, weighted together and recalculated after every completed order. It cannot be purchased, sponsored, or gamed by volume alone — a seller with hundreds of low-quality orders will not out-rank one with a smaller, cleaner track record.

Level 1New Raider
  • Newly active seller, still building order history.
  • Meets baseline account and listing standards.
Level 2Trader
  • Consistently fulfills accepted orders.
  • Positive buyer feedback across a growing order history.
Level 3Veteran
  • Proven track record across a meaningful order volume.
  • Strong completion history and reliable delivery speed.
  • Low dispute rate, weighted by outcome not just count.
Level 4Elite
  • Long-term, consistent marketplace performance.
  • Near-perfect fulfillment and fast, reliable delivery.
  • Excellent buyer satisfaction and dispute outcomes.
Level 5Legend
  • Sustained top-tier performance over a large order history.
  • Marketplace's most trusted, highest-volume sellers.
  • Highest bar for completion, delivery, and dispute outcomes.
Verified
  • Reviewed and approved by hand by the RAIDZONE Market team, then re-verified over time.
  • Contact information (email and phone) verified.
  • A separate signal from level — a New Raider can be Verified.

Why we use levels instead of a raw score

A single trust number is hard to interpret and easy to over-trust — a "78" doesn't tell a buyer what actually changed. RaidZone levels translate the same underlying signals into a tier every buyer can recognize at a glance, while the detailed breakdown (completion rate, response time, dispute record) stays available on every seller's profile for buyers who want it.

Levels cannot be purchased, sponsored, or gamed by volume alone. If you are a seller looking to level up, check your seller dashboard for the specific metrics currently holding your level back.
