Fulfillment & Reputation Tiers

Verified Seller
  • Identity verified via government ID check.
  • Contact information (email and phone) verified.
  • Agrees to strict platform anti-fraud policies.
Silver Seller
  • Consistently fulfills accepted orders.
  • Maintains positive buyer feedback score (≥ 4.0 stars).
  • Meets minimum platform activity requirements.
Gold Seller
  • Proven track record with high order volume.
  • Strong fulfillment completion history (≥ 95% completion).
  • Fast average response and delivery times.
  • Extremely low dispute rate.
Elite Seller
  • Long-term, consistent marketplace performance.
  • Near-perfect fulfillment history (≥ 98% completion).
  • Outstanding buyer satisfaction ratings (≥ 4.8 stars).
  • Consistently meets highest platform security standards.

Why we have tiers

Our tier system helps buyers identify sellers with established track records of fast delivery and excellent customer service. Sellers cannot purchase badges or advance tiers through marketing sponsorships; all tiers are earned solely by maintaining verified performance metrics.
