3. Marketplace Model
RAIDZONE Market is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers of game currency, items, accounts, and boosting services. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders; RAIDZONE Market facilitates the transaction, payment, and dispute process between both parties.
4. Purchases & Delivery
By completing a purchase you agree to pay the displayed price. Payment is captured through our supported payment providers when you complete checkout. Eligible order issues can be reviewed through RAIDZONE Market's dispute and refund process — see our Refund Policy. Delivery time varies by seller and listing: where the seller states a time, the listing shows it, labelled seller-stated. Boosting and account orders may require additional coordination with the seller.
5. Refunds & Disputes
If an order isn't delivered as described, open a dispute from the order page within your Buyer Protection window — 3 days after you confirm delivery, or 5 days after you confirm delivery for game account purchases. 6. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the platform to complete a transaction off-site to avoid buyer protection
- Using automated tools to scrape listings or manipulate prices
- Fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
- Uploading or distributing malware, spam, or illegal content
- Listing items, currency, or services obtained through cheating, exploits, or unauthorized access to third-party games
7. Intellectual Property
All content on RAIDZONE Market (design, code, trademarks, text) belongs to RAIDZONE Market or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAIDZONE Market shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
