Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This page is RAIDZONE Market's Buyer Protection Policy — it explains when an order is eligible for a refund and how the dispute process works.

Summary

Your payment is processed securely at checkout. If something goes wrong, open a dispute from your order page — most refunds are resolved through that process rather than a separate request.

1. How Refunds Work

Because RAIDZONE Market is a marketplace, refunds are handled through the order's dispute process rather than a traditional storefront return. If a qualifying issue comes up before your Buyer Protection window closes, you can open a dispute, and an eligible refund is issued back through your original payment method.

2. Eligible for a Refund

Buyer Protection Window: This window starts when you confirm delivery of your order — not when the seller marks it delivered. From that confirmation, you have 3 days to review your order and raise a qualifying dispute, or 5 days for game account purchases, to allow time to properly check account access and details. If you never confirm delivery, this window does not start. If no qualifying dispute is opened during the applicable window, the order automatically completes and is treated as completed under this Buyer Protection Policy. Boosting orders work differently: they're handled through the separate Boost Request system rather than this dispute process — contact support directly if something's wrong with a boosting order.

You're entitled to a full or partial refund in situations including:

  • The order was never delivered within the seller's stated timeframe
  • What was delivered was materially different from the listing (wrong item, wrong amount, wrong account details)
  • You were charged but the order failed due to a technical error
  • The seller cancels or fails to respond to a dispute within the resolution window

Open a dispute from the order page as soon as possible, within your Buyer Protection window (3 days, or 5 days for game accounts). Once that window has passed and the order has completed, a dispute can no longer be opened through this process.

3. Not Eligible for a Refund

  • You changed your mind after a correctly delivered order
  • The item, currency, or service worked as described but didn't meet personal expectations
  • Issues caused by you sharing account credentials or violating the seller's delivery instructions
  • Currency, items, or codes that have already been consumed, redeemed, or used
  • Game account actions taken by the game publisher after delivery (e.g., a ban or suspension), which are outside RAIDZONE Market's control
  • Fraudulent dispute claims — abuse may result in account suspension

4. How to Request a Refund

Open a dispute directly from the order in Account → Orders. Include a description of the issue and any supporting evidence. The seller is notified and asked to respond — if it isn't resolved between you, our support team reviews the dispute directly.

5. Payment Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 1–3 business days. Your bank, card network, or payment provider (including UPI and digital wallets) may take a few additional days to reflect it on your end. This is separate from a failed or declined payment: if you were charged but the order never went through, that amount is reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider, typically within 3–5 business days, without needing a dispute.

6. Contact

For anything not resolved through a dispute, email [email protected] or use the contact form.
