By creating an account or making a purchase on RAIDZONE, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use RAIDZONE. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Purchases

Prices may be displayed in USD or another supported currency depending on the product, user location, or selected payment method. Final pricing is shown during checkout and is inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the displayed price. Digital goods are delivered instantly on payment confirmation.

4. Digital Goods

All sales of digital codes and keys are final once revealed. We do not offer refunds for personal preference. See our Refund Policy for valid refund situations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling keys purchased on RAIDZONE without explicit written permission
• Using automated tools to scrape prices or purchase keys in bulk
• Fraudulent chargebacks or false refund claims
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Uploading or distributing malware, spam, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RAIDZONE (design, code, trademarks, text) belongs to RAIDZONE or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAIDZONE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.

Customers may submit complaints through the Contact page. If a dispute arises regarding an order, buyers and sellers should follow the Dispute Resolution process described in our Legal Center. Initial acknowledgement within 48 business hours. We aim to resolve grievances within 7–10 business days.
